Kayla Allison
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with connection. I create a safe, supportive space where children, teens, and young adults feel seen and understood. Through authentic relationships, I help clients recognize strengths, navigate challenges, and grow. In session, I want you to feel at ease—kick off your shoes, grab a blanket, fidget, or bring a stuffie. This is your space to bring your whole self.
To support growth and healing, I draw from a range of approaches, including CBT, DBT, Attachment-Based Therapy, Humanistic and Person-Centered approaches, and Play Therapy when appropriate. These tools allow me to work alongside clients to build coping skills, resilience, and self-awareness, while honoring their unique strengths and individuality.Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard and encouraged, while learning tools to navigate challenges with greater ease. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
